Every summer Sun Microsystems runs a program within their IT-Ops department called SunStars that allows employees to nominate their peers for doing an exceptional job over the previous fiscal year. Last year (2000) Tom was nominated for this award and won! There was a large group of employees who won this award, and Sun sent all of them (plus their spouses, guests or significant others) to Cancun, Mexico for four days of complete pampering! We had so much fun. The trip fell in September, so it was a fun first wedding anniversary trip.
