Smoked Salmon Snacks

Preparation Time
Ingredients
- crackers
- soft cream cheese (I prefer Philidelphia cream cheese that comes in a tub)
- smoked salmon (the fresher, the better)
- fresh dill, washed
Directions
- spread cream cheese on the crackers. Cut about a square inch of smoked salmon, place on top of the cream cheese and add a small sprig of dill. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
