Beef Marinade

Preparation Time
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 2 talbespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh herb combo - rosemary, tarragon, thyme
Directions
- combine the vinegar, wine, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic and sugar in a non-reactive mixing bowl
- whisk in olive oil, a little at a time
- add pepper, parsley and herbs
- for beef steaks marinate 6-8 hours; for roasts, 10-12 hours
