Chili

Serves 4
Preparation Time
10 minutes prep, 20 minutes to simmer
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground meat
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans dark red kidney beans
- 2 packets Schilling (or your favorite) chili seasoning
- 1 cup water
- cayenne and red pepper to taste
Directions
- brown meat, crushed garlic, onion and green pepper.
- drain fat.
- add rest of ingredients, bring to boil; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
